AscToHTM* This great little utility program converts text documents into HTML pages. It simplifies the process of posting your ezine issues to your website. AscToHTM handles layout issues, URLs and email tags. A free trial version is available at their website.	UltraEdit-32* A good ASCII-based word processing program is a must for anyone running a list. UE32 offers great features for email newsletter publishers. Features include a spell-checker and the ability to set line width for easy reading in all email programs.
SubscribeMe* Cgi script that can handle your subscribe and unsubscribe requests as well as automating maintenance and delivery. A popular script among ezine publishers. Though I prefer a web-based solution, which makes things easier.
